The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has had a profound impact on the employment structure, driving the transformation of work forms and the reshaping and upgrading of the labor market. By analyzing the application examples of artificial intelligence in various industries, it can be seen that it has a dual impact on the employment structure, which will not only replace traditional jobs but also give rise to emerging occupations. Based on this, it is necessary to build a policy framework that focuses on skill improvement and fits the labor market to cope with the risk of job loss and structural unemployment and promote the fair distribution of technological dividends. At the same time, a response strategy centered on skill retraining and career transformation is proposed to help the labor market achieve a smooth transition and sustainable development under the background of technological change.References
